Comprehensive - 24-lesson nutrition curriculum (designed for family home centers and small programs) which includes the following:
- Teacher training - Five on-demand, prerecorded training modules are virtual, self-paced, and available after purchase. (Please note the curriculum will be sent only after at least one teacher training is complete and the training quiz is passed.)
- Certificate awarded after training quiz is passed.
- Feedback and support throughout the year from the Dr. Yum Project Team
- Two curriculum books with 24 lessons featuring a fruit or vegetable with family-tested recipes and extension activities that can easily be prepared without needing a kitchen. Lessons can be taught monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, or daily, depending on the instructor’s needs.
- Access to the Instructor Portal with additional resources for teachers and parents
- EZ-PZ Happy Mat to present foods at Circle Time
- 3 Kuhn Rikon kid-safe “dog knives", 3 colorful mini cutting boards
- Yum Scores for kids to use to talk about how food tastes
- Parent Manual (English and Spanish version PDFs)
